The Art of the Hand Salves

A couple years ago we decided to change the images that were on the hand salve labels. Originally we had a picture of lemons for lemon scented hand salve, oranges for orange, some lavender blossoms for lavender and jojoba seeds for the unscented.

We decided to change the images on the labels to be original art by Arthur Richmond of Reno Nevada.

I thought it would be fun to show you what the original paintings look like. I hope you enjoy the art and the stories.

Unscented Hand Salve.

The original painting was done for his good friend Serge the owner of Thali, a vegan Thai restaurant in Reno, Nevada. It covers the wall on your right as you enter the restaurant. By the way the food is great.
