Who we are
Desert Oasis Skincare is a small business based in the Arizona Desert. We grow our own USDA certified organic jojoba and produce our products in small batches at our on-site certified organic facility. What began as a passion for natural, effective skincare has become a way to share the incredible power of jojoba oil - straight from our farm to your hands.
We learned to farm sustainably, we built our manufacturing facility from an old adobe building and we launched Desert Oasis Skincare with one goal: to create affordable, honest skincare made from the highest quality organic ingredients.
Some of our key points:
USDA Certified Organic Jojoba oil - grown by us
Small batches, always fresh
No added chemicals or synthetic fragrances
Simple, recyclable packing
Fulfilled by Amazon for fast and reliable shipping
We listen to our customers
Jojoba oil is nature’s closest match to your skin’s natural oil. It moisturizes and supports skin health. It can be used for sensitive skin. We keep it simple, because skin loves simple.
We have been at this from 10 years now, and I still get excited when a customer tells us how much our oils or hand salves or lip balms have helped them. It’s incredibly rewarding to know something we grow and make is helping other people feel better in their skin.
Our organic jojoba farm and organic facility is totally off grid and our water i supplied by our well. We added a second well pump in June 2025 which I will try to write a blog on with some pictures. It was quite an adventure.

The Hoochery where we make small batch meads with the same sustainable and evergreen spirit as our jojoba oil skincare at Desert Oasis Skincare. The Hoochery is our winery in Northern Arizona where our farm and facility is located. However, the weather and temperatures are VERY different between the jojoba farm in the Southern Arizona desert and the farm up on the Kaibab plateau of Northern Arizona. And yes, you don’t have to ask ,we are totally crazy. The Hoochery is also a totally off grid facility as the nearest available power is about 10 miles away.
For those not familiar with Mead, mead is wine made from the fermentation of honey and water instead of grapes. We make all our meads with fresh fruits and honey. Our meads are only available on line and we are able to ship to the 39 states that allow wine to be shipped into the state.
